The party experiencing the force majeure will notify the other party of the situation as soon as possible. During the continuation of the force majeure, the parties will not be liable for any failure to perform their obligations. STATEMENT OF ACCEPTANCE The buyer declares that they have read all the terms and explanations written in the Pre-Information Form on the Website, that they are informed about the main features, specifications, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and all other issues related to the products subject to sale, that they have seen, read, and accepted all these on the website electronically, and that they accept and declare all these terms by placing an order and giving electronic approval, permission, and acceptance. DISTANCE SALES CONTRACTS 1.
