Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the confirmation of the purchase and according to the shipping conditions. Your order will be sent to you via our contracted shipping company, and the tracking number will be shared with you through the system via email.

If the shipping company cannot reach the recipient at the address, the undelivered parcels will be returned to our warehouse. Parcels returned due to the recipient's unavailability will be reshipped with the recipient bearing the shipping cost.

Returns
You can return the products you purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date by exercising your right of withdrawal, in case that the product is unused and undamaged.

In another case and in the event of defective products, you must send your reason for return and images of the defect to info@lewk-design.com.

Once your return process is approved, the shipping and return details will be provided to you.

When the product reaches our warehouse, the product cost will be refunded to you. The time for the refund to reach you usually takes 1-3 business days, depending on the banks.
