Membership and Terms of Use Agreement

Lewk Design offers products and services through its website www.lewk-design.com. Before using these products and services, Member Users must accept this Membership and Terms of Use Agreement. The terms included in the agreement also apply to other Users and Visitors who are not Members. As long as you visit, use, and benefit from the Website, the provisions of this Agreement will apply to you according to your status.

 

1. Usage and Security Rules

Creating a member account is free of charge. Members are given certain advantages over non-member Users when using the products and services offered on the Website.

Members, other Users, and Visitors are required to comply with the following rules while on the Website. Otherwise, the Website management may prevent these persons from using the address and initiate legal action against them.

- It is forbidden to share false, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, statements that do not comply with general moral rules, and information that contradicts the laws of the Republic of Turkey as comments (content) on the Site.

 

- All rights to the design, functions, operating principles, visual and written content of the Site belong to Lewk Design. No part of it can be copied or used without the permission of these persons.

 

- Member Users are responsible for the security of their username and password information determined during the registration process. Member Users are directly responsible for any damages resulting from sharing these details with third parties or organizations.

 

- Member Users and other Users should not use IP addresses, email addresses, usernames, or similar personal data belonging to someone else during the product purchase process. Such actions may constitute "identity theft" and may result in legal action against you. Persons acting contrary to this provision are deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liabilities.

 

- It is prohibited to engage in activities that threaten the security of the Site, prevent the functions on the Site from working, use software, or attempt to obtain information on the Site and interface outside the control of the Site management. Persons acting contrary to this provision are deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liabilities.

 

2. Responsibilities

Information about Site Visitors (duration, time, pages viewed) is monitored to make the Site's operation efficient and to improve the quality of products/services. This information is shared with companies we collaborate with for digital advertising and marketing, in compliance with data protection legislation, to improve Visitor and User experiences.

A Member User can start using the Site by entering their email address and password, once they fill in the necessary sections for registration and confirm their email address, in accordance with this Agreement.

The User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decree Laws and regulations on the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, other relevant legislation, and any notifications published on www.lewk-design.com while benefiting from the products and services on the Site. The User is responsible for any legal, criminal, and financial liabilities that may arise due to usage contrary to these notifications and legislation.

If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this Agreement and the Notifications published on the Site, the User's access to the Site may be temporarily or permanently blocked and/or the Member User account may be terminated.

Member Users, other Users, and Visitors cannot engage in actions that prevent or make it difficult for each other to use the Site, or lock the servers or databases by loading automatic programs. They cannot attempt fraud. In case of such attempts, they accept all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise.

The User cannot delete or remove any explanations related to copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights from any digital and printed materials obtained from the Site.

Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the Member User through the Site. The Membership Record of the User who terminates their membership will be terminated.

Specific rules and obligations may be notified in certain areas of the Site. Persons benefiting from these areas must comply with the relevant Notifications as specified in clause 2.3 of this Agreement.

The personal data of Member Users, other Users, and Visitors are processed in accordance with data protection legislation. In this context, these persons are required to read the "Privacy Notice" on the website.

Member Users and other Users accept that the payment information (credit card, GSM number details, etc.) used during their purchases on the Site is correct and that they are responsible for any legal and criminal liabilities arising from this information. Member Users consent to the use of the payment information they register in the member transaction area for future purchases.

 

3. Notification Addresses

Site Member Users and other Users accept that the email address they provide is the official address for correspondence and notifications, and any written address required for subsequent correspondence can be requested and provided through this channel. Any changes to the email address must be reported to the Site management.

Any notification sent to the registered email address of the Member User or other Users will be deemed to have reached the relevant User 1 (one) day after the email is sent by www.lewk-design.com.
